I am hesitant to post this. I'm not going to name names. All I will say is I was profoundly let down. There was an agreement help me with something very important. I think I may have become too much of a bother perhaps, I don't quite know. Then I would not be able to get in touch, no emails returned nor calls. Months of trying and nothing. I'm worse off now than I was then. They are are however very knowledgeable in their field of work. I guess I just felt let down.
