This company is full of PURE SCAM ARTISTS- NAMELY MARK BRISEBOIS! I had a signed contract with them for the purchase of a $500k commercial property in Dallas. The agent wanted me to pay him $5k under the table in cash to proceed with the transaction or else he said that there would be a "problem" with the paperwork and transaction wouldn't go through closing. I naturally backed out and contacted TREC. It was too late, they had a buyer the same day and it closed 30 days later.
