Incompetent POS company!!! They didn't Bill my insurance and keep sending me collection notices. You can't talk to a live person to provide your insurance information AGAIN unless you want to spend forever on the phone to maybe talk to someone. This company needs to be put out of business!!!!!!
This is not about lab testing. The Ameripath facility on Shadeland Ave will not allow parking in their lot on weekends when they are closed. My daughter plays volleyball at Team Indiana which is located behind Ameripath. Ppl must cross 6 lanes of traffic on Shadeland to acces TI. Someone could get hit. Where is any compassion or community spirit from Ameripath?
