Terrible company.. do not use
My loan was recently. Transfered to them. Cant pay principal on website. Have to call them and they never attend call. Call back service never calls you back
This has been the worst mortgage company I have ever been with. I cannot wait to sell my home and get away from them. I currently have spent all day trying to get a hold of somebody in Customer Service and they simply claim they are too busy and it hangs up on you. I sent in an insurance check three weeks ago to get signed by them, and they have yet to sign it and return it to me so I can get a new roof. again just the worst mortgage company ever.

they have no customer service. they bought my loan & said in multiple notifications that the auto-pay would be transferred as well, but it wasn't. i tried calling & waited through a maze of automated teller touch-phone system until it said "we are unable to take your call at this time" & the call hung up. this happened twice. long gone is real customer service these days. seems every company is cutting costs, cutting jobs, & shamelessly lusting for shareholder profits to detriment of the consumer. amerihome is no different.
