Worst mortgage company ever and the fact they’re based out of Commyfornia tells you everything you need to know.
Would never use their services or recommend them. Every time I speak to customer support in any department they give me wrong or incomplete answers and I’m sick of their crap. They need better training for their employees and they need to get it together. I cannot wait to refinance to a different company.
Service mac sold loan to them or w.e not sure how that worked but ok. That's not the reason for one star. The one star is becuase apparently no one works here. Service mac answered instantly for questions or help. Been on hold with amerihome (should be called indiahome for no response) for 25 minutes. Had to gi back to work so still nothing from them. Wish I had a choice who owns the loan so bad companies with poor response times and no customer service can take it over.... I miss servicemac they made my loan easy
Sold my mortgage within 6 months. Shows closed account on my credit.
If anyone is looking to refinance their home I would highly recommend using Amerihome and their loan processor’s. I had two of the best I believe I ever dealt with, Jeff Evan and Camryn Conroy. Even though we all were in different time zones whenever I needed them they were there for me. They answered questions quickly, I never had to wait for an answer even on weekends, they would either text me or email with the answer. My refi was done well before the time they even said it would be.
