When it comes to replacing equipment they specify on their "Welcome Letter" under after hours services "Only emergency deliveries or maintenance are made weekends or holiday" today is good Friday 4-10-09, not a normal Govenrment Holiday, I have an emergency with my mothers bed--who has presure ulcers and is mandatory she lays on the air matress, motor broke and I have had to call numerous times to get a call back! Finally, got a returned call and was advise they are doing their best to get a motor for her bed! Poor rating! A... read more
