I spoke with Gloria Saez and she was absolutely wonderful, professional and provided me with a health insurance policy that fits my needs!! I’m so happy that in the future I’ll be dealing directly with her! If you are looking for a plan with AmeriHealth I would highly recommend reaching out to Gloria Saez!!! The health insurance industry is a nightmare to deal with so I’m feeling very grateful that I finally found a fantastic agent!!

This is by far the worst insurance I’ve ever had. Over $1000 a month and I STILL get outrageous medical bills because EVERYTHING is “out of network”. I don’t even have this insurance anymore and they’re still sending me bills! For care I received 2 months ago that they suddenly decided is “out of network”. But it wasn’t “out of network” when services were rendered and was even 100% covered. They will nickel and dime you until you have nothing left. It would’ve been cheaper to just be uninsured. This is the WORST insurance experience I have ever had. Super expensive and they ended up terminating my coverage after not accepting my MULTIPLE payment options. I got a letter every month stating that I had overdue fees even though I set up automatic payments multiple times through different avenues. I made the payments manually and set up automatic payments again. They still terminated me. If I could give this insurance zero stars I would. Thanks for nothing.
HORRIBLE SERVICE! Automated message stated i had 10 more minutes to go until a Rep could speak with me ... SUDDENLY, the automated system told me 60 MORE MINUTES TO GO!!! this was after almost FOURTY MINUTES of me being on hold to speak to a Rep. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE AND NOT RIGHT AT ALL !
