Customer service is a complete disaster! Clearly I'm not the only one who has had a bad experience. You would think that they would look at the many 1 star reviews and try to improve. THE WORST OF THE WORST!

I needed a major knee surgery and the only place I could get it was at Boston sport medicine. My knee took me out of my job and this health insurance would not allow me to get my surgery. Kept giving me the run around. Call this number which was a number for doctors only not insurance member.s so now I ha e been out of work for over a year due to fighting with them for 6 months.
