The customer service people that they have working for them are very rude that disrespectful they're nasty and they should not be in the line of business dealing with the public you know you guys need to do better how can you say you work with the public and you guys your customer service guys have no customer service they don't know how to talk to people you guys need to go back and train them take them back to training classes because they're not doing their job right
