Good until I noticed The lack of an eye doctor that will accept the insurance. I called and had a directory emailed to me, the entire first page either the phone didn’t connect or they no longer affiliate with American health dc . I had to file a complaint

I used to like them before covid. This isn't their location either. I mailed a complaint to them and the post office sent it back with the correct address. You can't go in their office, they sign letters with initials, and dismiss you. They do recommend pain medication though! No wonder people become addicted. They send texts with non-working numbers. I am just waiting for open season. This company should feel ashamed of themselves.

Staff and supervisor are horrible. They want to overdose medication but deny CT scans MRI major health procedures; but pay for nasal nose spray for overdoses 100 times a day & want me to give it but will not approve medication people need to save or help medical life situation. The supervisor/manger you will never get to speak to one they will not call You back & before the attempt to get one on the phone you have to give all Your personal information and still do not get a response.
