I give Amerihealth 3 stars for Good services overall but transportation is for all medical, emergency services, and pharmacy services as well. So why denie WIC appointments for transportation when it is for prenatal care and health requirements. Our health is Amerihealth top priority why reject WIC. I believe Amerihealth Supervisor's have the wrong idea when it comes to the full capacity of being pregnant and staying healthy. I was denied, For Asthma shot, My asthma is so bad I have the asthma machine, Im taking inhaler I'm taking pills for my asthma, Coughing so hard made my nose bleed 😡😡😡

I can't get through the new insurance transportation company. I have been finished my appointment since 11am. I have called transportation around 11:30am. They hung up on, me, I've requested callback 3 times and now I have been waiting on hold for over an hour. It's 1:30pm. I'm just trying to get home. Like what the hell? This contract with the new transportation team needs to get it together. It's ridiculous. Good until I noticed The lack of an eye doctor that will accept the insurance. I called and had a directory emailed to me, the entire first page either the phone didn’t connect or they no longer affiliate with American health dc . I had to file a complaint
