So this insurance company has tiers 1 and 2. and out of pocket but I called more then 3 tier 1 places and they said they were tier 2 or they don't except this insurance at all.. so why do I pay a lot of money for a company that has a horrible website, with shows much incorrect information and no one can help when you call. So disappointing, President of this company and more people should be ashamed of themselves, and truly get some better people on staff. I will be telling a lot of people to drop this insurance.
Basically a scam. $1,040.00 per month, and does not cover anything. Pointless to even have, as you end up paying out of pocket for everything or your deductible is so high, you will go poor before you need it. CEO should be jailed. One star is too many.
When re-enrolling, my representative was exceptional in returning phone calls, answering questions, and seeing my issues through to the end. I really appreciated the services of Michaela Veliche.
