Amerigroup has managed my rental for almost five years now. They are helpful, professional, and efficient. They communicate well, have reliable maintenance contacts, and will even deal with the HOA headaches. Highly recommend.
We had nothing but issues moving in to the property managed by Ben and his staff. The house was filthy, unsanitary and not move in ready. Erica told us that the house had been cleaned and that it looked fine to her. Awesome company to do business with. I've been a tenant for some years now, and I haven't had an issue. I've had a couple of horrible landlords in my past, and Amerigroup is not one. They are top tier. Very responsive, communicates effectively, and is very professional. Just know I know what happiness is and feels like when I am home.
