Do not recommend them to anyone. Their customer service is the worst I have ever encountered. Be prepared to give up 1/2 a day of your life waiting on hold to speak to someone that will not have any answers and will not be helpful - including a "manager". Each time you request to speak with a manager you are placed on another 40+ minute hold. ESPECIALLY, if they are in the wrong and you need them to fix their error. You will be treated as if this was YOUR mistake.
DO NOT USE!!! Anytime you need anything you will wait an hour on the phone and nothing will be done. They changed billing systems and turned off auto pay with no notification and then charged fees when the monthly fee wasn't paid on time. To this date have not removed the late charge, years later. We moved. The new people tried to transfer the account and have been unable to get it done. Speak to the reps and they said all the new people need is to call and prove they own the home. Horrible horrible company. Can't even express my disgust.
I have been trying to get my propane tank filled since November, they come out for safety checks that they never recorded... there has been 3 safety checks, with them finally saying i need a new tank. that takes weeks to get an appointment, then they finally came today... but with the wrong tank. Now i have to wait more! beyond frustrated with this company.
