I have been an Amerigas Customer for about 26 years. For the first several years the service was ok (not great, but ok). Recently, within the last, (I'd say) 6 or 7 years the service has been horrendous. Whenever (and I'd have to call them), we had gas delivered. I'd tell them to let me know because we have 2 large dogs and I didn't want any issues or problems. They never called and I'd only know they were here because I'd get the bill. I said how they got the percentage wrong hour after he left saying the 225 gallon tank was at 30% not 80% and nobody changed nothing but the size of the tank charging me 200.00 + so absolutely looking to sign up with another company

When we first moved into our house our propane tank was removed because of issues with it. So they put us on a temporary tank until fixed. It's now been two months and we are still sitting on a temporary tank and are being told no one ever took our tank. And no service was ever made to take the tank. The driver also ran over our mailbox, and he was nice and reported it but no one ever came to fix it. I had to go out and buy our own and put it in. Carbon monoxide in my apartment and fire department came and had to clear it out and even said they found carbon monoxide and had to shut the gas off. Is my safety a concern for amerigas or my families safety? Not at all. As this happened January 31st and they said they cannot send someone to inspect our gas until February 10th. We have no usage of gas until then and neither does our neighbor. Thanks for absolutely nothing

I have found deliveries to be scheduled poorly as lead times are long and vague. - Communications are poor and non existent. - Billing system is difficult to manage and understand. - looking for a different supplier now.
