Worst customer service of any propane provider i have ever dealt with Inaccurate information no a ikity to speak to anyone who knows anything about my account.
Quick and respectful service
I hated the experience that I had trying to pay my bill and to order a refill. I couldn't understand what the lady was saying and she had no idea of what I was saying.
Roger came and serviced our home. Unfortunately, the tank didn't alert the company to refill so the tank was completely empty. He checked to make sure there were no leaks, filled the tank, then lit the space heaters. Because there was air in the line, it took him longer to light the heaters. He stuck with it until he got them lit, and never once complained. His patience, perseverance and polite manner are appreciated!
