Quick and respectful service
I hated the experience that I had trying to pay my bill and to order a refill. I couldn't understand what the lady was saying and she had no idea of what I was saying.
Roger came and serviced our home. Unfortunately, the tank didn't alert the company to refill so the tank was completely empty. He checked to make sure there were no leaks, filled the tank, then lit the space heaters. Because there was air in the line, it took him longer to light the heaters. He stuck with it until he got them lit, and never once complained. His patience, perseverance and polite manner are appreciated!
Amerigas sucks. Completely. No stars if possible. I needed a gas hookup to a newly installed house generator. I schedule with someone in India, with all the communication problems that go with that. They don't show up. They claim they left a message on my home phone, and since i didn't reply, they didn't come out. I reschedule. Get a hostile message on my home phone (I won't say her name because it is Christmas, but clearly local, Georgia accent) saying "We can't just "come out" like that.
