Awful experience. $2.30 per gallon more than the nearest competitors. Contact is impossible. Local locations list "NO WALK INS" Phone contact is easily an hour plus to get a call center with major language barriers. After giving up on phone calls I tried their chat feature in the portal. This took an additional 45 mins to connect with someone. Simply requested to cancel services and have them pick up their tank. Was hit with a 299.99 tank removal fee. Still have not been contacted as to when they will pick up their tank afte... read more
