Local office never open. Hard to get ahold of a real person. Price is $1.50 higher per gallon than local supplier. Turned off aoto refill and they filled it anyway. Not impressed with them.
This place is an absolute joke! They need to change their name because you can’t even speak to an American! They put a “monitor “ on our tanks that supposedly alert them when we get low . We started getting alerts on our furnace so we had our heating company do two very expensive emergency visits before they realized both of our 1000 gal tanks were completely empty! Awful experience. $2.30 per gallon more than the nearest competitors. Contact is impossible. Local locations list "NO WALK INS" Phone contact is easily an hour plus to get a call center with major language barriers. After giving up on phone calls I tried their chat feature in the portal. This took an additional 45 mins to connect with someone. Simply requested to cancel services and have them pick up their tank. Was hit with a 299.99 tank removal fee. Still have not been contacted as to when they will pick up their tank afte... read more
