Delivered our Amerigas promptly considering inclement weather conditions was to occur within the next 2 to 3 days
AmeriGas has very unethical business practices and high prices. After canceling with AmeriGas in writing and on the phone to their local rep, while we were out of town, they came out and filled our tank which we own and told them repeatedly not to do. They forced their product and high prices on us. They even tried to say they owned the tank which they do not. We have the receipt for the tank when it was purchased. Buyer beware.
They over charge for taxes. The customer service representatives are not in the United States and do not care
Ordering was easy and delivery was timely. Price quoted when ordered was reflected as such on statement. Driver/deliverer was friendly, not intrusive and was careful to respect property.
AmeriGas is the worst company I have dealt with, took advantage of my 87 year old mother-in-law.
