You are the worst company i have ever dealt with. Not only do you have extortion rate prices. But you commit outright fraudulent billing charges.
Have been with Amerigas over twenty years, that speaks for itself. This is false, I gave them poor rating and they changed it. Terrible service.
I just switched to Amerigas a month ago and was told a price and the discounts that I would get and when I received the bill they had charged more per gallon and I did not receive the discounts. Now I have tried to call to get the bill fixed they customer service people do not speak good clear English and they say they are transferring me to a specialist but I just sit on hold and nobody answers. “Update” I have received an email from AmergasGMB and they helped me and made things right as far as I can tell thank you

Horrible customer service, that is not even in our country. We had an emergency situation that involved their equipment and they would not come out to fix it. My elderly uncle was left with no heat is sub freezing temps, and no sign of them coming out at all to help remedy the situation. I was on the phone for hours trying to get someone out.
