Come pick up your tanks from my yard. I've been calling since June 9th, when I switched to Buckeye Propane, to get my Amerigas tanks removed from my property.
Gas locked off on 02/25/26 in dead of winter Online view of tank showed 8% full 16 days later, on 03/13/26, receive an email stating: You have a service appointment scheduled for the morning of 03/16/2026 at 9812 GORE-GREENDALE RD. First notification. 16 days later in the dead of Winter. Also received a voicemail from Alfred saying "need to unlock your tank". No other information from Alfred. Horrible customer service and misdirection. Since the beginning they have wasted multiple days of my life with no shows. No notice on deliveries and expect me to be there. Driver locked my tank off when I was inside the house stating no one was home. Worst company. Choose Ferrell Gas!
Says they delivered propane to my elderly mother in Feb. 2025. Her tank remained empty the entire time. They insist the tank was filled. Where did the gas go then? My mom was using electric heaters the entire winter because her tank was empty.
You are the worst company i have ever dealt with. Not only do you have extortion rate prices. But you commit outright fraudulent billing charges.
