My frustration level exceeds my ability to deal with your company. It used to be great when you could call and talk to a real person...that is now impossible without climbing impossible odds!
You keep me filled up on time
Although I was on auto tank refill my tank ran dry for the 2nd time . This happened both times when the weather is very cold. The local team responded and filled the tank quickly however the entire experience has been horrible. Very hard to request help from folks in the Philippines. In some cases I had to call back 2-3 times to get someone who would understand that I need the tank filled immediately. The past local team was so much better for everything.
