Horrible. My least favorite company to deal with on the entire planet. Impossible customer service process - outsourced to a country where you cannot understand the representative, they cannot understand you, and they have no authority to help. Far too slow to get a delivery if they even show up at all. You'll wait weeks in the middle of winter. Also the most expensive vendor out there by a large margin.

Reason to not choose Amerigas after being a longtime customer: 1. Current rate is $7.439 a gallon plus $22.98 in fees. Local competitor that answers their phone quoted $3.29 a gallon and no additional fees. 2. Overseas phone customer service, no one local. 3. Drivers fill our tanks 50% and say that's policy. 4. Drivers leave rental tanks without permission and when we called to complain, we were told there'd be over $300 in fees to come get the tank we didn't ask for.

Do not get gas with this company. They will deliver and tank glue everything on and never come back to fill it up then not give you details on the outrageous charges. They set up and installed my tank on the 7th of Feb with 5 gallons of propane in it. It cost us 759$ for a 120-gallon tank install above ground. They told us they would fill the tank the following Monday. They never did we called and they didn’t set up the order until the 13th. Then they rescheduled due to the weather.
