Takes to long on the phone. You call for an issue and you are on the phone for 30+ minutes. Last time I called it took over an hour to get through.

On December 12, 2024 around 12:30pm CT your driver ran over our support cable to our main power pole for the entire farm splitting the top of the pole to 4 feet down. We immediately called your customer service that day to report the incident. We went around in circles with your representatives and only got the answer of "We will put in a ticket and you will receive a call back within 5-7 business days."
