Horrible customer service. It has been an act of torture to get gas delivered.
Worthless company. Terrible customer service with. Mind numbingly slow. Pick a different provider.
Absolutely no scheduling process when a customer must be at home to receive the delivery. I’m sure established customers are fine but I don’t know how you get any new ones. Lord help you if you need anything beyond fill tank.
No local offices customer service barely speaks English no coordination with autofill had to call every time tank got low no matter how many times I set up autofill and no notifications to let us know we were going to be charged with a delivery
