Drivers are not leaving notice invoice of tank refill. Tank not seated level. Always worry about tank tipping over
The guy actually introduced himself, explained what he was doing, and did a walk through of my appliances inside. He also replaced a leaky valve for free. Overall very good customer service. I did not get any of this with the last company I filled with so I appreciate the thoroughness that was performed.Their price was also the same as I filled last May, vs the other company I filled with last, doubled their prices since it’s winter.
I’ve been with this company 21 years. Always on time. They keep track of my tank and always inform me of tank levels.
Exceptional Quality Service All around. Love the Autofill program, so I never have to worry about running out of fuel. Get charged for only the fuel I use & it's automatically charged to my credit card on file. LOVE the SERVICE ALL AROUND!!!Jay, our driver is AWESOME!!! WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!!! I used them for one year and after shopping around more they are double the price of every other local propane supplier in the area. The propane truck they were using couldn't reach my tank without using my neighbors driveway which other companies had no problem reaching it all the way from the street.
