Amerigas charges highest price per gal compared to any competitors, and then adds several extra charges to your final bill.
I’ve tried calling for the past half hour and their automated system keeps saying main menu. When I finally got thru that BS, it says my wait time is 91 minutes! What the actual hell is going on!?? If it’s this hard to get ahold of someone to set up services, how hard is it when there’s a problem!?! So done with fighting to give people my business!!!
Drivers are not leaving notice invoice of tank refill. Tank not seated level. Always worry about tank tipping over
The guy actually introduced himself, explained what he was doing, and did a walk through of my appliances inside. He also replaced a leaky valve for free. Overall very good customer service. I did not get any of this with the last company I filled with so I appreciate the thoroughness that was performed.Their price was also the same as I filled last May, vs the other company I filled with last, doubled their prices since it’s winter.
I’ve been with this company 21 years. Always on time. They keep track of my tank and always inform me of tank levels.
