I requested a delivery online and was immediately advised of a delivery window with propane prices listed. They actually delivered my gas a few days early! I have been a customer for years and never had an issue!
Does anyone know of a way to get someone from this company to reply to an email or their online portal? Worst communication ever. If I could put zero stars I would.
Smooth delivery no problems when it finally arrived. Didn't understand why you regularly deliver to me and then you couldn't find my house. Twice it was a failed delivery.
AmeriGas made me wait for 10 very cold days. I paid in advance and still didn't get the service until 10 days later.
