AmeriGas made me wait for 10 very cold days. I paid in advance and still didn't get the service until 10 days later.
The sales associate I spoke with (NOT during off hours- that was horrible) was incredible and personable. Enjoyed the conversation, helped paying $450 dollars when I liked the person I was on the phone with. Safety check guy was also incredibly kind and helpful
They gave us a date of refill for our house on Jan 22 through 26th. We have called back after the 26th and they had not delivered. Called on 28th still not delivered. Called 29th and 30th no delivery. Energy time they say they are delivering that day or the next. Now they are trying to tell us it won't be until 7 more days. We also have tried 4 times to get the account changed over from my decided father's name to my mother's and mine. They still have not done that have only changed the number on the account.
