Had a pop off valve to blow because they overfilled the tank. Charged us $611.58 service call, for what i don't know. Didn't do anything but let out some gas. I was expecting to pay $100.00 but not $611.58. Would appreciate a refund. Can't get anyone to talk to me. Out of the country people answering the phones.
I called the North Little Rock phone number to get information on repairing a tank. I was greeted with an AI menu, which could not find my account. I asked for the operator and was transferred to an operator located in Kenya Africa. I called Ameri-Gas...
HORRIBLE customer service and communication. The delivery person filled the wrong tank across the field from our house that isn’t even usable after we said that that is not the correct tank. They even came out and tested the correct tank but still filled the wrong one. Trying to get them to fix the issue and give us a refund has been awful.
