If zero stars were available, this is what I would give AmeriGas. The customer service is horrendous and they are not able to comprehend what is needed. They are extremely rude.
Good luck with these guys. Never get them by phone. They never deliver what you order. Never Fill a tank. we have a 250 gal tank and depend on a generator in emergency. In 5 years the most they've ever delivered at one time is 100 gallons. No explanation. Had to go to Better Business Bureau 3 times to resolve financial discrepancies. Very dissatisfied. Do not consider this company for your gas needs.
The rep was awesome and really took the time to explain what happened and fix my concern. I was really surprised and glad they called me. Made my day. Changes have definitely been made at Amerigas for the better no bs
Call in for service is atrocious. If I could give a zero I would. If you say you are a new customer you speak with a person in USA. But when you mention you are an current customer they switch your call to offshore call center. They are of no help whatsoever. So if your a new customer you are in luck, if you are current customer it is futile trying to get anything done. I am switching company’s as their customer service is horrible.
