The rep was awesome and really took the time to explain what happened and fix my concern. I was really surprised and glad they called me. Made my day. Changes have definitely been made at Amerigas for the better no bs
Call in for service is atrocious. If I could give a zero I would. If you say you are a new customer you speak with a person in USA. But when you mention you are an current customer they switch your call to offshore call center. They are of no help whatsoever. So if your a new customer you are in luck, if you are current customer it is futile trying to get anything done. I am switching company’s as their customer service is horrible.
