They deserve 0 stars. This company left me without gas (hot water) for 6 days, though I'm an auto-refill customer. Five calls over five days yielded no help at all, just outright lies - one agent gave me a confirmation number with his guarantee that fuel would be delivered in 2 hours - the number turned out to be a bogus string of letters and numbers.
