Starting the process of contacting PUCO. They always have a reason why you owe them money and a reason why they can’t help you. Their tank failed and let all my gas out and I couldn't get them to come out and fix it. So I had another company come out and uninstal Amerigas's tank and install a new tank of there own. Amerigas charged me over $500 to pick up their own defective tank.
They don't waste your time or money. Easy fillup easy billing. I appreciate the notice when they are coming out. I'll recommend Amerigas pet other big contract companies.
Horrible service call 4x to pick up tank! I'm gonna to be charging Amerigas a storage fee for keeping thier tank on my property. $100 a day!!! My lawyer will be sending them a bill.
