It's insane how they try to bill us like we owe them they shorted us 200 gallons of gas the driver barefaced lied to my dad Steve Patton and Dianne and I as a third witness waking up and being 200 gallons short as they are 2 months behind they will scimo you guage that OG Patton out
Running out of propane due to the failure of AmeriGas to deliver when scheduled. Temperatures in the single digits as we were running out of fuel. Only people we could talk to were in the Philippines in a Call Center. Spent hours over 4 days on the phone with no results after being promised delivery several times. I will change suppliers to someone local as soon as possible.
1/6/25 - Delivery promised for Friday. Paid an expidite fee to insure that delivery. Now here it is at 4pm Saturday and still no gas delivery! 2/22/25 - Here we are again. Promised delivery date of 2/20-2/21, still no delivery. Spent an hour on the phone with the "Customer Care Center" in the Philippines. "We (or I) am so sorry. Delivery has now been set for 2/22.
