Lots of Hidden fees, crazy long phone wait times (24min!!), just bad service
Beware of this company...they provide horrible service! Amerigas took over Heritage Propane, which was grandfathered in when we purchased my home with a buried propane tank. They were a good company until they were bought out by Amerigas. The customer service is NON-EXISTANT. We were down to a level of close to 0% and they didn't get any response to fill our tank for several weeks after numerous phone calls. Too expensive compared to other companies.
Absolutely horrible company. Had to wait 6 months, through the dead of winter for the initial appointment to get the locks removed. When I removed them myself to get us through winter, I was then threatened with a $2000 fine per tank. Never could get tanks filled on time, never spoke to a helpful person in customer service. Absolutely the worst company I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with.
