Cosmo was great to work with, very personable! We visited just to see where we stand and what we will need to do to buy our first home. Cosmo made the process easy, broke down the steps we will need to take to raise our credit and explained in detail loan options. Would definitely recommend

I would like to personally thank Cosmo and Raluca for their hard work and professionalism. This was my second time using Cosmo for my loan because he is able to make the process easy and smooth from start to finish. I did not even look at other companies because I knew Cosmo’s experience and customer service were unmatched. I highly recommend the team of Cosmo and Raluca when purchasing a home and encourage all potential buyers to save some stress during the process by working with this team.

I would highly recommend AmeriFirst Home Mortgage, and Cosmo Berardinelli in Rocky River. I have purchased two homes, with Cosmo as my Mortgage Broker. He listened and made the process 100% centered on my goals and objectives, and went above and beyond with a plan to accomplish those objectives. A+ in Customer Service, with great communication, and Superior Integrity.
