Despite their friendly first impression, they don't return phone calls or update you on the loan process. They lose information frequently and must call you and ask for phone numbers and addresses which have been provided numerous times. Nobody can answer your question or update you except the case manager who cannot EVER be reached and averages 3 weeks to return calls. We lost our house simply because of their inability to communicate. A very costly mistake.
