My daughter recently applied through this company for their new home. They received a commitment as well as a closing date. Everything was going smoothly from their perspective and they responded to all request for paper work from this company. Please note that this is the second time using this company and had received a mortgage prior to this. They closed on their old home and then 36 hours prior to closing on the new home. without any notice. this company comes out and denies their mortgage!!! They are now without a home ... read more
