Joe has been great to me. He funded the purchase of my new home. He was on top of all request made by the lender, and had a clear to close 2 weeks prior to our closing date. Prior to closing all rates sat at 4.15 - 4.25. We held out at his request and were able to walk with a 3.9% interest rate. This guy knows the mortgage market in and out! Thanks for everything Joe!

Oddly enough, my buddy at Wells Fargo destroyed 99% of my ability to get a mortgage, I was referred to Ameridream on a whim, who took the 1% and got my loan approved for an amount that made my transaction seamless. From Debt to income ratio charts to closing, I was held by my hand and bought my first home ever!
