Good breakfast, great rooms, clean, comfy, lots of parking, in a great location.
Stayed here and 11:30 pm - 2:30 am it was so noisy in our (jetted tub) room, we told the manager and they said the people checked out so we wouldn’t have any more problems. Lies. The same thing but until 3:45 am. Called during the noise and they said there’s nothing they could do, to stop by when the manager was there in the morning. Manager was so rude and offered nothing, like change our room or the noisy one’s rooms. Rooms and lobby area were clean and in great shape. Staff was super accommodating. The pool area smells so bad almost like a metallic smell. My eyes were burning after about 10 mins in the hot tub. Bathing suits smelled so bad after getting out.
The hotel was definitely only ok. The pros, the staff was very nice and helpful. They had a coin washer and dryer. Cons, the hotel feels aged and dingy. The hotel itself clearly doesn't have central a/c cause the hallways and front desk area were HOT. It was fine for 1 night but I wouldn't stay again.
We enjoyed this hotel. It was clean and rooms are large and the staff were friendly. It was only a few minutes drive to beaches and maybe 7 minutes to downtown. There are cookies in the lobby and breakfast was decent, but had no hot protein like eggs or meat. The pool looked beautiful and was large, but the chemicals were intense. Our eyes were burning after ten minutes in the area and I didn't even swim and the smell was overpowering.
