Just settling in and not off to a great start! Front desk staff is neither friendly nor very helpful. The in room TV is a pain to operate.
Good location near my brother’s apartment. Old rooms but clean. Front staff was nice. Guests were quiet. Good sleep. And plenty of towels!

It's on brand for what we know and love about americinn! Room was clean as could be. Bed was comfortable and towels very soft. I'm also a housekeeper and was very pleased upon swiping what can sometimes be dusty areas with my fingertips and realizing my room was truly spotless. I ate and enjoyed the pulled pork in the lobby in the evening. Breakfast was also wonderful my husband really liked it...he had sausages and eggs and I had a cottage cheese cup and a gluten free muffin. keep doing what you do at this location!
