I had an excellent stay. My truck broke down and was being worked on next door and so had to stay the night. My room was clean and spacious, the fireplace was lovely, the staff were friendly and helpful. the breakfast was delicious.
Nice place to stay: clean, convenient to 94, and pleasant staff. The drawbacks were that the pool was COLD, even to the youngsters, and there are few places that will deliver food to this hotel. Fortunately, Dana's Restaurant is within walking distance, but with our not so spring temperatures, that's hard with small people.
Well...it looks like a great hotel and could be.....but after working here, I Definately would never stay here!!!! Bed bud, bed bugs, bed bugs...need I say more. Ugh
Very nice staff. Clean room with a good continental breakfast in the morning. Pet friendly🐶!
Stayed here 2 nights and had a wonderful time. Pat friendly, kid friendly, and clean. All the employees were great, the manager especially!
No lobby restroom. No gym. No elevator(?!?!). No one at desk at checkin, had to wait 15+ minutes. Screwed up running cards on file for several members of the wedding party block. Some tubs didn't drain properly. Our toilet smelled like actual crap. One of our beds smelled like vomit(?!). Light bulbs out in a couple rooms. Remotes missing or not working in some rooms. The kicker? No maintenance on site to address anything!! The little things add up, and they were sorely lacking....
