The room itself was clean and comfortable, which was a plus. However, several problems stood out right away. The hallway had a strong musky smell. In the pool/hot tub area, the chlorine levels were so high that our eyes started burning and hurting immediately upon entering. The shower head had very poor water pressure, and the body wash dispenser was completely empty. These maintenance and amenity issues made the stay disappointing. Great location, but don’t waste your money here. No preventative maintenance for ants we had even though the desk person told us it’s “that time of year.” Not only are there untreated ant issues, but the rooms are unappealing and outdated. Not to mention, the hot tub in the pool area is out of service. Everything just looked uncleanly and outdated.
