VERY CLEAN WELL UPKEPT HOTEL. BED WAS A LITTLE HARD FOR ME. THE STAY WAS NICE AND POOL WAS GOOD
DON'T EVER STAY HERE, THE NIGHT MANAGER IS AWFUL, DAY GUY MANAGER IS AWFUL TOO! MARTY IS SCARY AND NEEDS TO LOSE HIS JOB! I EVEN OFFERED TO HELP FOR FREE BEING I'M DISABLED. THERE WERE NO EXTRA PILLOWS WE REQUESTED EXTRA THAT NEVER CAME. Have to update my review. Come here to celebrate my my 40th birthday and the room pictured online is not the room I got. The lady instantly asked if I would like to cancel my reservations. No this is a birthday party family's coming. It's very misleading. She was not helpful. Very rude. I will never ever come here again. It's my fourth time being here and I've never had the experience that I had today. Devastated
Cabin lodge feel when you walk in. Room was clean and nice common areas. Staff are constantly cleaning and restocking. Many food choices close by.
The guests in the lobby were extremely loud until approximately 3am. We had a baseball tournament that started at 8:30am and my 9 year old son was only able to get 4-5 hours of sleep with all the commotion. Then after the tournament we came back to relax in the pool & were there less than 30 minutes because a large group came in and were letting their kids sprint around the pool and dive & somersault into the pool while their parents sat and drank next to the pool.
