Customer service is awful, by them and by Wyndham. Didn't email me a receipt as they said they would (simple enough, right?) hotel said they couldn't resend and had me call the 800 number who wouldn't either. Done with both.
Stayed here with my boyfriend and his phone was stolen by the employees. When calling to ask for them to look for the phone, we were told it was not there. It is now off & messages are receiving green as if someone messed with it. Super frustrating that we are still stealing phones.
Exceptional service from the front desk. He went above and beyond to help me out in room rates and navigation of the nearby places. So obsessed with the service and would love to visit again. Much love <3
