I am not even sure what to say about my experience. After a 7 hrs drive I was ready to just get in my room and settle in. WELL, that was not the case, I was told by the desk clerk that her boss was very persistent about wanting her to cancel my reservation because I did not check in by a certain time, YOU KNOW BECAUSE I WAS DRIVING FOR 7 HRS. The staff was very helpful and friendly
July 6, I was there to pick up a coworker and the front desk lady was very unprofessional talking about another lady that works for the front desk. Don’t know quite what was going on but just felt it was unprofessional.
