The staff are helpful and very nice. One contact that I presume was an owner was very helpful with booking, with providing his cell, but when it came to complaints, he was silent as in his response to my messages. The ice machine has been down for a week on the 2nd floor, the jacuzzi has been out of service for 3 weeks, internet service is terrible and the hot breakfast has not been available for 1 week. Traveling for work so I thought it would be a good, cost efficient place, but this week has been terrible.
This Hotel is very hot. The rooms are clean and ac works great but them but the hallways, breakfast area and lobby are not cold. The front desk staff was very unfriendly and seemed to be bothered by our very presence. The continental breakfast is lacking variety. Not worth the price. Much nicer hotels just across the street.
