We have been all over the place this trip from Michigan!! We went to the Grand Canyon and Yellowstone and now on the way to The Mall of America!! This was by far the best place we stayed !! The cleanest room and best breakfast!! We were even late for breakfast and one of the ladies let us in insisting we needed breakfast! She gave us to go boxes and let us take whatever we wanted!! Friendly staff and very nice facilities!!
We have stayed at this American Inn in Valley City a few times over the past few years. The hotel has been nicely remodeled, clean, warm and family-friendly pool (sole hotel pools are so cold, our kids won’t get in and this one only goes to 4 feet, so I didn’t have to get in with my kids). The rooms are nice and the staff are helpful. We especially love the breakfast, it’s run by a friendly woman named Cleo.
