The exterior is under construction doesn't look anything like the photos on the Google profile, small parking lot, the room was clean, sheets were nice and I slept good which is what is important to me. Does need some repairs to ceiling. Hope they'll get it all fixed up and then I'd stay here again.
The pictures are outdated. Sorry but this place is a dump. If we weren't completely exhausted we would have forfeited the money and drove on. When we book, she said there is no refund repeatedly, now I know why
This hotel is a nightmare. The building is falling apart and poorly cleaned. The rooms always have issues every time I’ve stayed there, from bathroom doors that don’t close to showers with no hot water. Despite being a no smoking hotel, the entire floor smells of cigarettes and sweat. There’s a good chance they won’t supply you with towels, soap, or any other amenities even if you stay in one of their better rooms. Then they’ll charge you for them and accuse you of stealing. This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel to visit family. First time we cut them slack cause they were in the middle of a “remodel” they said. However, this time I felt like we were treated different then other people who booked there stay there. Go to the bathroom the door wouldn’t shut all the way, pool closed for whatever reason like what the heck it is an indoor pool like why, third of all accusing of us stealing towels is stupid and charging us $80 for them.
