Wonderful service from the nice lady who checked us in, very helpful and pleasant. Good location, comfortable bed, clean... only hiccup, tv could not get sound volume, she did offer us to change rooms..

We booked a suite through Expedia. Due to a flight delay that I called and informed them of we arrived quite late only to find out that the suite we had paid for in advance through Expedia had not been reserved and was now unavalilabe.. We were given a double queen room and told that the suite we had paid for would not be available until the next day. I started there one other time and was on the first floor. I thought that room was much nicer than the one we were in this time on the serving floor
