Hotel is exceptionally clean, whole hotel smells like downy fresh laundry. Rooms are very clean. Had an issue with the tub in our room and they took care of it immediately.

Room was ok even though I told the girl at the desk I have COPD and need close to the front she still put me at the far end of the hall. No coffee in room. I stay in a hotel 3/4 of the year and have never received service like this. The company I work for books and pays for my rooms thru a service called Engine. I needed to extend the room so my company booked a 2nd night. When I went to the front desk I was told he could not extend the room because the rate was to cheap. I was shocked! REFUSED TO HONOR THE RATE! Do not rely on a reservation simply because you paid for it. This was by far the worst treatment I have ever received from a hotel. We stayed one night and needed to extend our stay for another night. The hotel refused to honor the rate they had posted online and, rather than offering the room at the advertised rate, told us to leave. I have never experienced such poor treatment from a hotel. A reservation should mean something, and an advertised rate should be honored. I will never stay here again... read more
