After a grueling 13-hour drive that began at 5 a.m., I arrived at the hotel expecting nothing more than a quiet night of rest, only to be met with an exhausting series of poor customer service issues. I was caught off guard by a required $100 cash deposit, something that was never disclosed beforehand. The room and service were much better than a few disgruntled reviews had lead me to believe. Staff was prompt in assisting us, even when checking in very late. There were a few signs of wear, but overall the room was very modern and thoroughly cleaned. I feel satisfied with the quality of stay we received for the rate.
