Heater didn't work so cold room all night. Key cards stopped working at 9am even though checkout isn't until 11. Should get credit for the night.

Charged an extra $100 because they claimed roomed smelled like smoke, nobody smoked in room. Would recommend that anyone have them check the room at check-in, room smelled the same when I got here, total scam, even the staff who also smelled the room couldn’t smell smoke just said the room smelled “different”. Don’t let them blame their stinky hotel on you make sure you report any “different” smells right away, or just avoid this business, lots of other hotels in area

I seriously wish I could give this place zero stars. The service here was absolutely horrible. I've never been treated so poorly at a hotel in my life. Every time I asked for help - whether it was about the room, towels, or even simple questions - the staff acted annoyed, dismissive, and straight up rude. It felt like they didn't care about guests at all. What made it worse is that when I pointed out issues with the room, they didn't even pretend to care. No apology, no offer to fix anything, nothing.
