Awful, room was filthy and the hotel is very noisy. Kids screaming in the hallway, then at 8 am the lawn service was cutting grass outside the rooms. So loud! Unfortunately, I looked it up and the noise ordinance starts at 7am. But, common sense says its a hotel with people sleeping in the morning so why don't we start after 10 am. I hated it .
The young lady at the front desk was exceptional! The gold standard of customer service.
Breakfast this morning was excellent - scrambled eggs, sausage links, homemade biscuits and gravy. Pool was nice and hot tub was hot!
Excellent place to stay, it was our first time here and we loved it, Clean, friendly, pleasant and professional staff. Room was awesome. And we loved the lake. Had a great first experience and will be coming back.
