They're vacuuming right now, at 7:14 on a Saturday morning, all the empty rooms and the hall outside my door. It's a really loud vacuum too- this is absolutely ridiculous. The opposite of what you pay for, for a hotel. And makes what little benefits this place had a complete wash. It's dirty and the bed is too small, and my room was meant to sleep 3 but it doesn't. Housekeeping also slams the doors they go through!! So frustratingly ignorant.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Poorly run and not kept up. Our room was dirty. Dried rose petals on floor next to bed,floor was filthy,exhaust fan hanging down from bathroom ceiling, chair in room was worn into fabric and appeared very used, sheets and bedspread were stained, facility smelled gross and front desk guy sprayed something in the air up and down halls to make it "better". Cigarette and weed smoke smells off and on(supposedly a "smoke free" facility.) Lots of moisture/mold in air. Rooms are super small. False advertisement... read more
