The room looked absolutely nothing like it does on the website. Our room reeked of cigarette smoke, it was absolutely disgusting. It was so bad it made it hard to breathe. Definitely would like a refund based on how terrible our room was. Giant sign in the lobby that says it's a smoke free property and our room smelled like someone dumped an ashtray on the floor
Horrible customer service our room was given to another guest! Absolutely awful experience. Checked in at 3:30 and went to dinner we left the key in the room and went to the front desk asking to be let in. First the man at the front desk cannot find me then insists we have a different room then tells us our room was just given to another guest. When we finally convince him to come upstairs so we can get our things out of the room he stands in the hallway for five minutes having an argument with the lady who checked us in. Th... read more
