I booked a Jacuzzi suite and upon arrival was notified that room was not available. I was then charged full price for that room and not offered any kind of consolation until bringing it up again with staff - who notified me my room wasn't available because one of the staff members had given it away to someone they knew. Condition of the rooms is horrible. Everything is dirty and broken. It's almost funny how bad it is except for the fact I had to stay there. Entire lobby smelled like pot.
Room 118. Toilet seat falling off. Used bar of soap left on sink and shower- complete with pubic hairs (photo included), so clearly the shower wasn’t cleaned. Air conditioner vibration was constant. Mattress felt like it was broken(?) definitely needed replacing as it was sinking on one side. Best money I ever spent. (Not). So! Gross!
