Had to wait about 30 mins to check in Sat night after my event can't call because there is no one to answer the phone. Get to our room and no hand soap, no toilet paper holder when I did try turning on the sink to wash hands with shampoo the sink was leaking on my feet it was totally disconnected. The TV remote was taped and not working at all besides power button and volume up and down. Beds felt subpar. Thank God for the hot water working in the shower. Reserved Smoke Free room. First room I was given was not smoke free and the second room smelled worse and it was a smoke free room. Asked to cancel my room as they could not find other accommodations. Was issued a refund initially and two days later they charged my card again. Called back and was advised that I never should have received a refund.

We had a stay with notable positives and one significant drawback. The staff was very nice and welcoming, which we greatly appreciated. The complimentary breakfast was also good, with a solid variety of options to start the day. The biggest issue was the room's air quality. It lacked fresh air circulation, feeling stuffy and stale, which made it difficult to relax comfortably.
