We booked this hotel for the location, the price, and the pool. We were never informed prior to checking in that the pool was out of service. Within 5 minutes of getting to the room, we discovered there was no working pool. I asked to get my money back and they agreed to free cancellation however I was still charged for the room.
The bed was very comfortable and front desk staff very friendly! Bathroom fan was very loud and made weird noise. Shower pressure was terrible and water did not get above luke-warm for a shower.
Clean room , friendly desk staff, and the parking included made this an easy decision for lodging. We used the hotel for a one night stay parking before a long vacation . Very convenient to the airport and a great value. We will use them again next time we fly out of DSM.
Booked a couple hours ago for an early flight, flight got delayed to tomorrow night and they refuse to give a refund. With all the delays I am sure the rooms are already rebooked, very disappointing they refuse to refund.
