Needs some upgrades
Spotless room, very polite staff, overall a pleasant stay!
Our experience here was average overall. The rooms were decent but felt somewhat unclean. On the positive side, the 24-hour transport service was convenient and appreciated. However, we encountered a serious issue with the payment process. Upon arrival, the hotel requested a security deposit to be held on our card. Unfortunately, we were charged twice—once as a card hold and once as a full, duplicate payment of a significant amount. ended at this hotel after American Airlines cancelled our flight after a long delay. Came here at 6 am and they did their best to get me in a room ASAP and I am so thankfukl. Meanwhile I enjoyed complimentary good breakfast with nice orange juice, bread selection, nice pastries, eggs, saysage and cereal station. Special thanks to Jose at reception for his kind assistance, and the housekeeping staff was so friendly and polite.
