I really don't like to speak ill of a place, but on this one, I have to. The clerk was friendly and helpful. Everything else was dirty, and it smelled. The pillows were not made. The bathroom smelled. The pool was closed. The elevator was out of order. We should have kept going when we saw an empty parking lot with overgrown weeds. My wife reserved this place because it had 4 stars. For what, I don't know.
The room was dingy and smelled musty, like it hadn't been aired out in years. Not the relaxing atmosphere I was hoping for.
Got my cash stolen by the service staff and the owner is not ready to accept it. Poor management
Owner is a thief..will steal your belongings too.
Rooms dirty, stained chairs, dirty walls, remodeling floor above, pool closed full of remodeling pieces. Vacuuming floors at 930pm. Nothing noted on website nor told to us at check-in.
