Still no hot running water, sink handle is busted, stuck on freezing cold water, towel handle busted and towel on the floor. I don’t see how this is a 3-star hotel. More like motel.

After a short stay at this hotel, I experienced several serious issues. First, there was no hot running water during my stay. Second, housekeeping knocks as early as 7:00 a.m., and if you don’t respond, they enter your room even if you have not checked out. On the morning of the incident, I left my room briefly at 7:00 a.m. to drop off a friend. We stayed here for a family wedding. Location was good but that's about all. The entire hotel was filthy. Rooms dirty, main areas dirty, pool was disgusting. Beds were comfortable. Asked for more pillows and more towels and they made us bring back our used towels to get more towels. There weren't towels in the pool area so we had to use ones from our room.
