Levi is the best! Went above and beyond. Had a little issue with my company getting me a room but Levi made sure I had a room and it was squared away! Told me about the breakfast with such enthusiasm that I don’t think I’ve ever looked forward to breakfast before lol I asked for a laundry bag and Levi apologized that they ran out and handed me a trash bag with what seemed to be embarrassment and apologized again but I was grateful! it’ served the same purpose! Held an adult party. Clean room. The hot tub was smaller than expected. Only a 2 person tub .
They have a really good breakfast! Nice and clean room. Comfortable bed and friendly staff. I'd stay here again if I had to
I would not reconnected this place, simply due to service. I arrive for a short one night stay so I could fly out in the morning. The two ladies at the desk were rude. The chip in my business card was not working, and it wouldn’t allow a swipe since it has a chip in it… and one lady quickly told me I either need to pay $250 cash or I could leave if the card wouldn’t read (you can’t tap for this, and they apparently can’t enter the card number manually either).
