Great room and bed. Nice hot breakfast with the coolest pancake machine EVER. (And they were great!) Shuttle service is basically non-existent as you need to give at least 24-hours notice to use it. We got in a midnight and wanted an airport shuttle at 9am. Nope.
Had a nice, quiet stay with kind customer service from everyone there. Nice breakfast bar in the morning.
The company I work for has been sending technicians to Iowa for projects all summer. Amy, April, and the rest of the staff have been nothing short of amazing even though they are short staffed. Our technicians will only stay at this establishment.
Extremely Disappointing – Not Team Friendly as Advertised What was supposed to be a fun, team-building weekend with our baseball team turned into a frustrating experience. This hotel was advertised on the USSSA website as being team-friendly, but that couldn't be further from the truth. Save your time and money. The front desk staff, particularly one woman, was incredibly rude—easily the most unpleasant hospitality encounter I’ve ever had.
