If I could give them a 10 I would! Service was impeccable! We had truck trouble at the airport. The fellow from Georgia that checked us in at 10pm was super nice and accommodating! The next morning, Willie gave us a ride back to the airport and even drove us to the truck and waited for us to try to start the truck! Then he drove us to the car rental to have a car! Amy was super accommodating too! So pleased with them, such super nice people! We will definitely stay again if we are in Cedar Rapids!
Archie was super amazing and made our stay wonderful he went above and beyond to make our stay alot better so thankful for him
