October 15, 2025, 8:39 pm we just had the cops called on us because we complained about the hot water. We asked for a refund for the difference in the price of the hot tub in the room to a regular room because not only was there no hot water but the jets (we had them pointed down) blew water twenty feet into the air and all over the couch and the bed. Rooms were clean, breakfast ok if you like powdered eggs. Offers all the other foods that most hotels do for continental breakfasts.

This room was fine. Everything was clean and went as expected. There were NO kosher items at the breakfast, but they had a coffee bar complete with different flavored syrups and stuff that was kind of fun.

Desk clerk was very off putting when I told him I had service dogs, even after stating it on my reservation. After he got it through his thick head that I said two (2) he had to call manager to clarify if it was ok. I told him he could cancel my reservation and take my business elsewhere, not before he pinged my credit card 4 times. Take your business elsewhere, Super 8 across the street was very welcoming to my business.
