First, I had issues with the Wyndham app and made a booking error because it kept kicking me out. After fixing the issue with Wyndham, the manager assisted us with the changes and made it easy for us which in of itself was customer satisfaction. Thank you! The staff and remodeling crew were kind and helpful. The hotel is under construction. I've stayed here a few times, but was very confused as there were Best Western signs on the main road and at the entrance. Place is way outdated. They are getting some upgrades. Rooms are also in the 1970s
Rooms are outdated and they're currently remodeling it into a Best Western. I am a diamond Wyndham member though and my stay was free so I can't complain really.
