Had a two night stay scheduled for a Friday and Saturday evening. Arrived on Friday around 645pm to check in, checked in and one of the rooms the sheets and bedding needed to be changed due to gum and dirtiness and what appeared to be urine in the sheet below. Had a service dog upon check in and was told “she doesn’t even need her vest it’s ok to have her walk around with one”. Room was dirty. Checked In with front desk and the lady told me “well I’m not Housekeeping, I don’t know what you want me to do” Called Booking.com since that’s who I made the reservation through and they have attempted to contact the hotel at least five times but they refused to answer

This hotel seems quite out dated. The pool was nice, hot tub was not very warm. The rooms were spacious but the beds and pillows were worn out. Breakfast was below average, biscuits and gravy, cereal, packaged Danish + honey bun, waffle maker. The waffle was not thar great. The hotel staff all were great, very friendly people.
